Emma Morrison
Emma Morrison (Hasselberg) born April 14, 1936, passed away peacefully August 20, 2016 at Whitehorse General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Emma was a shining star and shared her laugh and humour up until her last moments. The Gifts she left will continue to unfold for lifetimes to come.
Emma reunites with her husband Marvin Morrison, her son Alex Morrison and her brother Fredrick Hasselberg.
Brother Eddy Hasselberg and family, sister Lillian Edzerza and family, sister Eileen Rehfeldt and family, daughter Marlene Bigcharles and family, daughter Brenda Morrison and family and daughter-in-law Maela Morrison and family remain to carry the memories and Gifts close to their hearts.
We would like to thank the staff of WGH; notably Dr. Brehmer, Lesley, Colby, Hanna and Keith for their support during Emma’s farewell.
Services for Emma will be held at the Sacred Heart Cathedral on Friday, August 26th at 2:00 p.m. with an interment to follow at the Grey Mountain Cemetary. A light lunch will follow downstairs at the Sacred Heart Cathedral to share memories.
