Marion Faye Woods
Marion passed away peacefully in Whitehorse at the age of 91. She moved to Whitehorse from North Vancouver in the 1960’s, and she worked as a Secretary for the Federal Government – Water Board until her retirement. Marion loved the Yukon and all it has to offer. She was especially proud of her cabin at Tagish, which she was instrumental in building. She spent many years enjoying her time with friends at the lake, and along with that came many hilarious stories. During her younger years, Marion was a competitive downhill skier. She was also an avid quilter, as well as knitter.
