Alexander Michael Kmyta
Alex was born in Edmonton Alberta. He grew up on the family farm, originally in Tomahawk. Alex settled in Whitehorse, Yukon in the mid eighties where he built a life for himself doing general contract work including plumbing, heating and renovations. He enjoyed cooking, hunting, fishing and being on the water.
Alex was predeceased by his wife Jeannine his mother, father and two brothers. Alex is survived by children Sheila, Debbie, Ray and his step children. Sister Marion, brothers Philip and David, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Copper Ridge Place for the exceptional care they provided.
There will be a celebration of life in the summer when we can all enjoy the sunshine.
