Thomas “Tommy” George Clare
Tommy passed away peacefully at the age of 90 with his loving wife Rita by his side at Whitehorse General Hospital.
Tommy leaves our family’s hearts full of joyous memories. His enthusiasm for life, laughter and love and his unwavering optimism made a lasting impression on all those who knew him.
Our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Whitehorse General Hospital. The care, compassion and support they gave our family was incredible. Special thanks to Dr. Alison Madlung, Dr. Chloe MacLean, Nurse Scott and all of the other incredible nurses for everything you did for Tommy.
A celebration of Tommy’s life will be held on Saturday, October 6 from 1-3 pm at the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre. Please join us to celebrate and share stories as we remember a life that was lived to the fullest.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of ones choice.
